The staff was very friendly, especially Ibtissam at reception. She was always helpful and looked nice. The hotel was very clean , with good amenities. I also appreciated the central location of the hotel.

The street outside was somewhat noisy.

The temperature control in the room was not effective. I set the thermostat quite low, but the room remained WARM. there was significant noise from traffic outside.

My experience was excellent. ibtissam was very kind and professional. the rooms are very comfy and tidy. I felt well looked after. thank you! i will return soon.

the reception staff were often on phones making personal calls when they should have been assisting customers. also, the noise level was high at night.

the location is perfect. it is in the new part of the city. the medina is a short distance away. there are several shops and restaurants within walking distance.

The staff was cute and helpful. shaima and btissam were very helpful in everything i needed. the service was excellent and quick. The staff were very attentive. they welcomed me warmly on arrival.
